Starting from 7 nights we grant you a discount of 5% off the daily rate.
The prices (incl. VAT) are for 2 adults. Children under 16 are free.
Each additional person over 16 years is charged currently 8,00 € (incl. VAT) per day.
The price includes linen package (bedding, towels, tea towels), all utilities (heating, water, electricity, Internet/Wi-Fi), final cleaning of the apartment.
When booking are as deposit/booking confirmation between 10% and 20% of the rent due.
The final payment will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and is to be paid to travel.
For holiday units it was non smoking apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
You have the possibility to pay with Paypal. All necessary information and data is available on request by e-mail after your booking.
