The prices (incl. VAT) are for 2 persons.
Each additional person is charged currently 10,00 € (incl. VAT) per night.
In addition, one child under 16 travels free of charge.
The price includes linen package (bedding, towels, tea towels), all utilities (heating, water, electricity, Internet/Wi-Fi), final cleaning of the apartment.
By booking is as deposit/booking confirmation up to 25% of the rent due.
The final payment will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. It have to be paid before travel start.
Cancellation conditions:
- from the day of the booking confirmation until the 43rd day before the start of the rental period no compensation
- from the 42nd day to the 22nd day before the start of the rental 25% of the total price
- from the 21st day until the beginning of the rental period 50% of the total price
- in case of no-show (without cancellation) 90% of the total price

The apartments are non smoking units.
Pets are not allowed.
You have the possibility to pay with PayPal. All necessary information and data is available on request by e-mail after your booking.
